Sessions are booked by session, with a capped number of spaces for group sessions and a full-room lock for private bookings. Payment is taken at the time of booking.
You can manage, reschedule or cancel your booking from the confirmation link sent to your email, subject to availability.
The Frost & Flame Club is a rolling monthly membership at £30 per month, giving 20% off sessions automatically at checkout. You can cancel at any time.
All guests must accept our session waiver before attending.
